The minute a client calls us they are going to get a response. They are going to be asked questions so that we can begin to categorize their needs. They will hear back from me rather quickly. I will immediately send them an e-mail or call them to set up a time that we can have a conference. I want to hear what is going on with them and, hopefully, bring their anxiety level down. Then help direct them in a healthy way for their next steps.
