Collaborative Divorce is a private process.  This is what my clients like most about it, particularly clients with significant community properties or my clients who simply don’t want their children exposed through the court process.  Through the collaborative process you, the client have the ability to protect your children, protect your assets, and then quietly move on down the road.  I have several clients who have been through the Collaborative Divorce process and most of the people in their world did not know that they had even gone through a divorce.
